Initial Intake Form:

     Record all the information from your First Contact with a potential client. Enter the information into Dream Docs and open a new file. Send a letter to confirm the initial appointment.

Estate Planning Information Sheet:

    Checklist of all the items you need to discuss with a new client. Enter the data to send a Fee Agreement Letter and prepare the Living Trust, Will, Deed(s) and other documents.

Letter Confirming the Signing Ceremony:

    After sending the draft documents to the client, confirm the signing date and place. Print final documents along with the final letter to the client. Send the signed original deed to the recorder with a check and cover letter.
