WHAT IS SAAS?
SAAS is an acronym for "Software as a Service", which describes a software product located on the Internet.
Subscribers utilize the software product through an easily downloaded "access program" located on the subscriber's computer.
The access program allows the user to create estate planning documents by entering client data and then "enhancing" teh client data, turning it into estate planning documents.
LOW MONTHLY FEE
The use of SAAS software, such as the Dream Docs system, requires a low monthly fee. There is no extra charge for system updates.
FREE UPDATES
Since the Dream Docs system is located on the Internet, all updates to the system are made automatically by the Dream Docs team.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
The capacity for automatic update allows the Dream Docs software to be continuously improved.
Especially during the beta testing stage, SAAS software can, and has been, significantly improved. Beta tester input has been very important to the improvement process.

Dream Docs software allows the user to bypass their normal local area network. All the users within a specific law firm or company can access the software without the network problems which can hinder the application of other software.

First, the user handwrites client data into the printed Dream Docs intake forms.
Next, the user enters the specific handwritten client data into the online database.
Finally, the user merges the client data with the appropriate Dream Docs templates.
The merged templates (Estate Planning Documents) are automatically saved on the user's office or home computer. After saving, the documents are customized by the user to fit the needs of the client.
Over thirty (30) Dream Docs templates provide the user with all necessary form and supporting documents.
