7.   INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING THE TRUST DRAFT:

        Dream Docs generates a "rough draft" of the estate planning documents.  Easy to use instructions which show you how to turn the "rough draft" into an "initial draft" which can be sent to the client.


8.  TRUST QUITCLAIM DEED:

     No estate plan can be effective unless the client's real estate has been transferred into the living trust.  Dream Docs can generate up to three different transfer deeds at one time.

9.  DRAFT TRANSMITTAL LETTER:

       After you have completed the initial draft documents, send them to the client using the draft transmittal letter.  Complete instructions for your assistant to complete the clerical duties printed by Dream Docs.


10.  LETTER CONFIRMING SIGNING:

     You should set the date of signing the documents at the time of the initial client meeting.  Remind the client of the meeting and prepare the final original documents which will be signed by the client.


11.  FINAL LETTER TO CLIENT:


      After the client signs the original documents, send a final letter which explains trust funding of other assets.


12.   LETTER TO COUNTY RECORDER:

        Dream Docs generates a letter to the county recorder which instructs them to record the trust quitclaim deed(s).
